| A romantically-minded young prostitute called Sandy earns her money at night on a park path. She dreams about real love and security and hopes that Kurt, a soldier, can give her what she needs. But how is it possible for her to show him that she is not after his money? | ||

| On his way to the barracks Kurt passes Sandy’s working place, but does not notice her. He gives a negative answer to her advances, because in his eyes she is only a prostitute, a woman with a questionable job. But is Kurt strong enough to withstand her ? | ||

Not far away lives Fandango, a vain and mannered cabaret artist. He pretends to be a cool guy, but in truth he is a sensitive, melancholic man. One day, the sixteen year old schoolgirl Lucy rings at his door. She collects signatures for a better bus connection for the bus she needs to get into the city. Fandango feels attracted to her cheeky and natural behaviour. Around Lucy, he really starts to blossom. Maybe he can convince her of coming in… |

| Sommerreigen is a tragicomedy, based on the stage play „Der Reigen“, written by Arthur Schnitzler, a Viennese dramatist, living around the beginning of the 20th century. The four different characters Sandy, Kurt, Lucy and Fandango find each other in a circle of tragedy and comedy, fun and suspense, lust, love, erotic, humour and desire. And nobody knows, which effects these meetings will have on each of them… | ||
